As practice shows, the best solution for a translation company is our offer of full formatting support for the layout.
Before the translation, our specialist will check the layout for non-editable parts that will not be readable by the CAT tool. We will fix the places that will inevitably let you down during the translation to make it easier and faster to work with the layout after the translation. Then the layout will be ready for translation. If you have a finicky CAT tool and it requires an older version of the layout, we can do this, too. The version is down to “9.2(70)”.
For translating layouts in Illustrator or Photoshop, we have special tools that allow you to pull the text automatically into a .json file. You'll be able to translate this file without any problems, and we'll quickly and easily add the text back in to start the DTP step.
The second step for our team is DTP1: we receive the layout after translation. Our experts will tidy up the layout. This includes fixing differences in text volumes, formatting consistency, and typography.
After DTP1, you can check the translation and make any changes you want; our team will take care of them.
Once you decide that the layout is perfect, we will print out the layout of any quality: for online publications, for printing houses, for demonstrations, and so on.
Result: the translation manager is as happy as a clam, and the clients are satisfied with the result.
Our team has a lot of experience with multilingual projects, localization peculiarities, and typography of different languages. We also work with right-to-left languages. Of course, languages of such complexity imply increased working time.
Please note that we have a flexible discount system for multilingual projects.
