What file formats do you work with?
All common DTP and office formats: PDF, DOCX, INDD/IDML, AI, EPS, PSD, PowerPoint, Visio, and CAD files such as DWG. Source files of any quality, including scans and unformatted drawings, are fine.
How fast can I get a quote?
A cost and timing estimate usually comes back within 15 minutes of receiving the source files. A large batch of files or very complex documents take longer, and we tell you when to expect the quote.
How is pricing calculated?
We charge per page or per hour, depending on the task and what works best for you. Within that, pricing factors in page count, source complexity, target languages, and turnaround. After reviewing your files, we return a fixed quote and can suggest ways to optimize cost or speed.
Do you integrate with TMS tools?
Yes. Finished files are delivered by email or uploaded directly into your TMS environment, ready for translation or post-translation layout.
Is my clients’ data confidential?
Yes. Every workstation is password protected and files are encrypted during processing, transfer, and exchange. We work as a production partner for LSPs and don’t poach your clients.
