DTPE is file preparation before translation, DTP1 is layout after translation, DTP2 covers corrections after review, updates and redlines, and QA is the final layout check against the source.

Yes, at €15 per hour. Tell us whether the document is for print or web, because colour mode and image resolution depend on it.
