Accessibility statement
We want laydox.com to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard or enlarge the page. Making documents accessible is part of our work, so we hold our own website to the same standard.
Standard we follow
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the level referenced by the European standard EN 301 549.
Conformance status
We believe laydox.com substantially conforms to WCAG 2.2 level AA. The exceptions we know about are listed under “Known limitations” below.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with landmarks and a logical heading order on every page
- A “Skip to content” link and a visible focus indicator for keyboard users
- Text colours that meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio
- Labelled form fields, with error messages announced in text, not by colour alone
- Animations switched off when your system asks for reduced motion
- A responsive layout that reflows on small screens and when the page is enlarged
- The page language declared, so screen readers use the right pronunciation
How we test
Every page is checked with the axe-core automated accessibility engine before each release, and we test the main journeys — navigation, the quote form and the cookie banner — with the keyboard alone. This statement was last reviewed on 4 October 2026.
Known limitations
- The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party anti-spam check. If it does not work with your assistive technology, the form still lets you send your request, or you can email us directly.
- The website is currently available in English only.
Feedback and alternative formats
If you find a barrier on this website, or need any of its content in another format, write to hello@laydox.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will reply and fix it as soon as we can.
Accessible documents for your projects
We also make PDFs and InDesign, Word and PowerPoint files accessible for clients, in every language version. See Accessible PDF (PDF/UA, WCAG).
