Who we usually work with
Laydox is a production partner for language service providers, so our freelance work is the layout stage between translation and delivery. When we do open roles, we look for specialists who are confident with professional tooling and comfortable with awkward, real-world source files.
- Adobe suite — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro
- Microsoft Office layout, plus FrameMaker, Publisher, or QuarkXPress
- CAD and technical tools — AutoCAD, Bentley MicroStation, Visio
- OCR and rebuilding structure from scanned or non-editable pages
- Care for detail: fonts, tables, halftones, and print-ready output
How we work with freelancers
Projects are matched to the specialist who knows that kind of work best — a technical drawing, a scanned legal contract, a multilingual InDesign package, or an e-learning course. You get a clear scope and a firm deadline, and you deliver clean, translation-ready files. We handle the client relationship; you focus on the layout.
